A Yorkshire Classic – Bottled! Halcyon childhood days abound. This legendary gingerbread cake, melding oatmeal and treacle, is captured perfectly in this complex spirit. Sweet fresh ginger, rich treacle and a lick of Yorkshire honey on the nose, descend into luxurious mouth-coating silky vanilla and caramel on the palate, finishing with deep raisins, warm perfumed ginger and Christmas cake to close.
We think this is gorgeous simply over ice or mix with ginger ale and a wedge of lime for the perfect Dark and Stormy.
Two Lasses Chocolate Orange Rum Liqueur (200ml)
An Indulgent Delight – Velvet meets silk dark chocolate, quickly chased by vanilla, honey and orange on the nose. Rich nuts and Christmas cake coat the palate, with chocolate and Yorkshire honey inviting you to take the next sip.
We think this is a perfect after dinner drink. Serve on the rocks or pour over ice-cream for an indulgent treat.
